| I like the composition and the exposure of the foreground, but your sky and clouds look a little blown-out. Perhaps an HDR or selective tone mapping would have worked well here to compensate. |

This doesn't scream "hollywood" to me seeing the image, not knowing the skyline - this could be almost any big city from my perspective.
Even these houses, while i'm sure expensive, feel underwhelming compared to the city in the distance. |

| I feel it fits the challenge theme as a big city always conjures up the image of money. For the rest though the photo itself does not rise to anything much above average for me. 5 |
