 Well this was extremely fun - my goal here was to go for the early nineties grunge concept with the grunge photo methodology... listening to nirvana while i did the post help a lot.

I hope I don't have to demonstrate all the steps because I can't possibly remember them all... anyway the basic photo is of chiara on the couch with my guitar case, i then overlaid several photos, all taken in the last couple days, of my buddy valerio, the wall, the clouds, and a letter. lots of burning, dodging, and other stuff... the only "fake" parts are the "photocopy effect" that i used to enhance the vignette on the sides. i used a lot of the techniques that i learned from the dragan effect on youtube as well.

my first expert challenge when i understand a bit about what that really means... i hope i get some good comments!

Many great shots in this challenge but I think this should have done better. I'm more surprised at the low number of comments you received.

I like the overlay, adds a sense of graffiti. Not liking the halo effect around the girl. But overall fits the challenge well.
