Raw conversion using Rawshooters Essentials
- Slight exsposure adjustment
- White balance correction
- Save as JPEG

Post Processing with Paint Shop Pro X

- Histogram adjust (increase gamma and decrease midtone expand)
- Highlight the eye and apply levels adjustment
- Clarify whole image at +1
- USM R=0.3 Strg=250 Clip=0
- USM R=50 Strg=12 Clip=0
- High Pass Sharpen R=2 Strg=70
- Mask and blur the background
- Resize
- Levels Adjustment B=18 Gamma=1.16 W=255
= USM R=0.5 Strg=100 Clip=3
