Great shot, the looks on their faces are super. I've worked in many restaurants so this one hit home.

very cool shot. the photojournalism aspect here is stellar. the bored expression on the guy in the white shirt is uncanny. in addition, the image meets the "framing" challenge, so it is definitely one of my favourites.

I like the candid feel to this picture. The sense of a hard working kitchen crew can be easily seen.
The stuff in the lower right hand corner is distracting from attetion to the cooks in my opinion.

This is quite creative, but it's missing something for me that I can't quite put my finger on. perhaps the clutter in the foreground, which distracts from the subjects.
