A very smart image and yes, you can be proud of it. Much more difficult and sophisticated than simply framing a subject and moving the camera to put it in a corner. Sadly, I was also sure it was going to be DNMC-or-so for many. Congrats!

A frame in the frame with the main subject in the corner of the inner frame. Maybe a bit too clever for a high score. Otherwise a nice image which you can be proud off. |

He's not in a corner, nor is any focal point really, which makes me feel this doesn't fit the challenge; love the shot though, great perspective and I like the vignette effect, such a vast-looking space for one person. Nice. |

interesting shot, but DNMC as it is stated "such that the point(s) of interest are in the corner(s) of the your composition." - not just that the subject is in a corner of something. |
