| One of the moodier eye photos. The composition doesn't grab me, but the high contrast black and white is very nice. I like the shallow DOF. |

| Good one. nice thick lashes make good contrast, but the DOF is a bit off, only a couple of lashes (on the right) are in focus. |

| Can't work out if the focus is right here, looks like you're working with a very tight DoF. Could do with more detail in the eye, otherwise not a bad shot. Detail below the eye is great. |

| I can't quite grasp what it is about this picture that bothers me. Maybe the white dot in the eye. I have not been able to over come that either, so I can't help you there. Maybe if you had been higher above the eye, even crop with the bottom, you could seen into, so to speak, the eye. The pupil seems to stop your vision dead. Technically it is good, but and it's hard to explain the but. The only way I can explain it is...it's a dead photo. Hope you can understand. PTL |

| Great concept, if I haden't done this for the macro challenge I would have done it here. Good focus, the iris should be more defined, ofter all it does suround the window to the ... |

| nice photo, maybe a little less harsh light in the eye, although maybe you did this purposefully as a window to the soul? |
