 It's a curved margarita glass, upside down. There's yellow paper under and it's sitting on a sheet of glass. I used a small flashlight to light it to avoid reflections but wasn't totally successful. I have some where the glass looks better but the background is really uneven.

Looks like one of those oddly shaped martini glasses (the middle part of it). Love the colors and the off-centered approach. Nice detail. Good shot.
