 I'm pretty sure these were still operational though I didn't actually give them a go.

This actually wasn't my top choice, I did a bunch of shots for this challenge but after showing a few friends, this was the overwhelming favorite, so I trusted the judgement of the masses over my own for once. ;)

Officially knocked my first ribbon off of my profile page which is now exclusively self portraits! Ha! I need to get models more.

Thanks for the kinda comments! I've been out of DP challenge for a little bit now. Though of course I was hoping to ribbon, 2 top 5 entries aren't bad for my return. :)

I like the soft colors and the model did an excellent job for you. There's so much to look at in this image, that at first glance I didn't appreciate it as much as I do looking at it again. Her left foot is soft in focus, so you probably should have shot a bit faster, but I really like this image with the papers blowing in the back ground, looks like she just bought groceries....very nice!
