 My photos are supposed to be from my neighborhhod. This one is taken at my "work" neighborhood. I work out in the middle of nowhere. Kind of nice sometimes! This was taken on a very cold day in January (-30)when there was frost on everything. It was around 5:00 pm so the sun was pretty much down but there was enough light left in the sky to get this shot, plus there was a parking lot light illuminating the tree. I know this shot shuld be from February but I have no time these days to get new photos so I am having to resort to a few archived ones for now. Here's hoping to getting out there again to get some new stuff.

I like looking at this image - I really enjoy the processing you've chosen. My eye keeps being drawn to the man made objects in the background which detract from an otherwise lovely rural seeming scene.

Man I turned up the heat just looking at it. Dunno how you guys do it. Here in the South of Africa we seldom hit -5 in winter on average! Lovely shot, nice texture. Find the frame a bit too precise and square.
