| Btw, I sent a "general inquiry" asking admin to update the name. I remember however that a month or two ago there was a "mis-numbered" challenge title and no one corrected it. |

I don't really understand the challenge:
Make use of an unusual angle to create design or movement in an otherwise ordinary photo.

| I think the word "movement" is used abstractly, it doesn't mean camera movement like in the current challenge, nor necessarily that the subject be moving. |

I just wouldn't have thought that using a tilt would induce a sense of movement and as for 'design'.... no idea at all. |

Taking a shot at an angle suggests a sense of movement, and is very useful for adding energy to shots -- even boring portraits.
