Hehe, nice pic :)

A couple of things to make it look more realistic:

The shadow from the guy is not the same as the shadow from the dog. It is going in the opposite direction and is much stronger.

The back of the guy's head is too sharp. You need to blue the edges slightly and also make it more rounded (I can see corners and straight edges at the moment)

Young eyes must see more. The only thing I see is slight haloing around the guys head and the front of his shirt and maybe a little touchup work from the collar partway down the back and perhaps around the nose. But I could be imagining all that by looking at it a 300%. :)

I agree with Konador's blur and shadow suggestions. A small tweak to brightness/contrast to match the dog would work for shadow strength. It is a very good job just the same.

pretty cool photo, and I have been working in the opposite direction on a photo making the person look huge and everything else mini.
