I thought this was interesting.
James Lee Burke's new book, Rain Gods has a tonemapped/HDR photo of him on the back of the jacket. Has anyone here seen this portrait or another book with an HDR/TM portrait of the author?
I'm sure there have been other TM portraits on the back of a book jacket but this is the first one i've ever noticed. Wish I could find the image--it is very well done IMO. Obviously processed, but in a good way.

That is the book. Is there a way to see the back of the jacket? I'll scan a copy later and upload it. |
