My first hot shoe flash will be here on Friday. I want to get the best batteries that I can for it. Should I get a high quality rechargeable NiMH or just spend the money on Lithium batteries? What do you all use? Thanks!

I use NiMH in my flash because I can't afford to spend $20-30 each week on non-rechargeable batteries. I was once told that rechargeables are bad for flashes, but eh. I don't see a difference, except that I'm not spending grocery money on batteries : )
