I may not be one of the truly gifted people here, but at least I feel good that I did my part this last hour or two! I voted on all the entries in Something New, and so far, have commented on 21% of them!!!! What a great bunch of shots, as always! Congrats to all of you!

| thanks Kylie but I dont think you are doing yourself justice..taste is subjective and you have every bit as much talent as anyone here and youhave the passion it takes to really be a good photographer..keep up the great work and wish you lotsa luck in future challenges!!! |

This is the fifth challenge I've voted on. The way I approached it this time was to vote on the photos as they came up until I just couldn't look at any more. Today, I went back and made sure to comment on those that I gave the lowest votes to and moved up from there. I gave one three, about 10 fours and the majority fives and sixes, and a couple of sevens and eights. I'll probably go back and vote/comment some more. Eventually some good karma will come back to me. ;D
I haven't finished commenting on the sixes but I'll get to them before the voting is done. I've had another vote since my last comment and the average went down to something like 4.56 but still no comments. These folks should realize how much more anxious we are for comments when we get consistantly low ranking on a photo. I'd love to know if people just think my photo sucks or if they think it doesn't meet the challenge. Since it is a pretty open challenge (unless you misinterpreted the guidelines) it seems pretty hard to not meet the challenge.
