Does any1 know about Sunpak Digital Flash Adapter. Or have seen the “Just Out” section of the June 2004 issue of Popular Photography & Imaging magazine.
As u all can see I own a Kodak DX6490. I have a little problem with the on-board flash it doesn’t pack a lot of punch when fired at a low light areas. So when I saw the “Just Out” section of the June 2004 issue of Popular Photography & Imaging magazine, there was a product called Sunpak Digital Flash Adapter which is a bracket with a built in slave unit that will fire almost any standard shoe-mount flash when the onboard flash Pops.
So having said the above, my question would be, on their website it says it’ll work on compact digital & film. So I was wondering would this work on my camea? And does any one know any other product that basically does the same thing?
I would really appreciate any reply Thanks. the link for the Sunpak Digital Flash Adapter is as below.

You could also use a flash that uses the PC sync terminal, there are a lot of these out there. |
