Here is one of my "Gas Stations" outtakes:
Here is what I submitted:
One other photographer submitted a photo from that same station...
And there was one other photograph that someone entered that was so similar to mine that, when I first saw it, I had to do a double-take, thinking it was my entry. It turns out that photo was taken up in the Seattle area, whereas mine was down in Los Angeles...

I so wish this challenge was a week later than it was! Saw so many old stations on our road trip!

Not exactly an outtake, but a quick Advanced re-edit, using some blurring to simulate a shallower DOF, per one of the comments I got on the entry.
