I wonder how the Portraits vs animals vs landscapes are doing in this challenge.
BTW, My score has gone down by .07 in the last two votes. It bounces up and down more than a bucking red head.

Interesting thought. I'm a landscape, but more of a wildlife kinda person. I'm not much for people pictures. So for me to score them 6+ they have to be really well done. Lighting has to be excellent, focus tack sharp especially the eyes and something different than the usual veil hidden face or poverty looking kid.

Well, I know what he means, I think. The overall skill level in this challenge is very high, but I was surprised at how relatively few of the images jumped off the page at me and made me say "Oh my GOD! Whatta shot!" I mean, I don't see many of those as a rule, but I had hoped this Master's challenge was gonna be just full of them.
It's still the highest average score I've ever given in voting on a challenge, though :-)

Wish it were true, but, went through twice, re-scored few, commented on few, in awe on one image and still gave an average of 5.2865.
Sorry to slap your ego, but, this is after all my opinion among thousands of members.
I am sure some one else may think genius on the imagery to help sooth my slap.
