I was looking at some postcards in local store and noticed a website on the back of the card.
//photo.smith-southwestern.com/
They produce calendars, postcards, etc....
They are looking for photographers. It looks like they will pay a flat fee for each photo. Please visit there site so that information you get is correct. They will be accepting photos between
April 26 - May 7th. Good luck to all that choose to participate.

As mentioned in another thread this past week or so, you can get transparencies (slides I think) made from digital files.
I agree, however, that those payouts seem pretty low... $25.00 for magnets? Yikes!

$75.00 for a book? Thats a laugh... don't do it guys! They are basically paying you nothing to sell thousands of books, probably for like $25 a pop... I've been paid $50 easily for ONE photo for a DAILY newspaper with ONE run... KarenB is right... those payouts are REALLY low... if your photos could sell as notecards, or postcards, then make them yourselves, and sell them... don't give away your photography!

Don't do it. This is the very thing that hurts hard working professional photographers.
