Don't we all love these????

I need some ideas for the black area in this picture. I have a few of them that I would like to put something babyish in the background but I'm out of ideas now. I have already used clouds some PS art and some other minor crap but I'm looking to add something to this image. Whatcha got?

I don't have any suitable shots to use but my first thought was on the shelf of towels in a store, with a sign reading "free gift with every purchase"...
