I'm working with a friend of mine who has a 1964 Chevy Impala classic car. He wants to have some photos of his car taken inside a mechanic's garage with minimal lighting. Neither of us have alot of funds to spend and I don't know what I can use to brighten up the garage. Does anyone have any suggestions on to what I can use to achieve this cheaply? |

Shop lights (big halogen ones) from home depot. Or the garage probably has a few trouble lamps floating around that could probably be used. |

A garage should have your standard shoplights. Get a white sheet to hang on the wall to reflect the light off of, or use as a diffuser with the light behind the sheet - just don't get the sheet too close to the light! Those things get rather hot. |
