It is, indeed, nothing special. |
Nothing special. Are you kidding me? I would pay $5,000,000 to use this image for one year. However, since it has been "tainted" by its improper use on ebay, I will be forced to find a different image.
There, now you can prove that by his actions he has harmed your product and inflicted monetary damage upon you. :) Just trying to help.

Another method to get back at people like this is bill them then forgive the debt. That debt then becomes income for the jerk and he is liable for the income taxes on it. I'm not sure how you would report him to the IRS, but it might be worth a shot. It's possible that he could get audited! |

Not a bad idea, but she would have to file a 1099-c to really make the IRS care in the slightest and to make the forgiveness of the debt legitimate, and for that she would need an FEIN or SSN number, doubt he's going to pass those around.
Edit to add.... I believe you have to allow for 36 months for the debtor to pay the debt, as well as having made an effort to collect the debt- before filing the 1099-c.

Thanks for the additional information. Still it's a good way to get back at some people that don't own up to their actions. |
