I'm a slut, too, but in the Peace challenge. Competently executed, but boring, traditional, and no deep meaning. Hmm, got the highest score I have had in ages, but I don't very much like the photo - wish it gave me a warm fuzzy feeling! There's nothing wrong with eye candy every now and then, and I can't think of a more suitable challenge than Pets for that kind of photo. My favourite photos of my cats are definitely eye candy (to me at least...)

My pet is up over 5 now - I'm happy again :D

No ideas for led zepplin, I am not familiar with anything aside from Stairway to Heaven.

Gotta get in gear and shoot my colour on colour today though.

Anyone care to stop time for me so I can accomplish this ?

Sure, I need to stop if for myself so just take advantage of when I make the world stop turning for a few hours and away you go!

My pet is almost, so close to 5, lol.

I can't believe how many people misunderstood my misunderstanding shot. Thanks for the comments Deb and Julianne! I thought it was so obvious what I was implying. That someone would tell you to visit then give bad directions so you couldn't actually get there. BTW - this is actually a bridge that will be out for about a year, right off the main street that connects to my street. It was raining and I was ducking detouring traffic while standing in the middle of the road. The bridge averaged 8000 cars a day, so this is a major headache. My daughter needs to cross that bridge to go to work. The detour is 2 miles.

My pet (which I wasn't going to enter) is at 4.8529 with one comment saying the thing I chose to do on purpose made the image worse (ie, what you did is wrong); at least they couched it in "in my opinion" (which actually does help for me).

Anyway.

I have voted in Pets, and there's quite a lot of good shots in there - mine definitely is not a particularly good one, though I hope for an eventual low-5.

by the way Robert, I like the sound of "Bruce_the_Bawd" better - it's that Anglo-Saxon thing again

So, Melethia and Mr Bruce_the_Robert, how are things looking for London on the 16th March?

I figured I'd leave it up to you guys - I've got quite a lot of work to do, but if you're coming, I'll come too.

Also, any other UK TS-ers around and coming along?

I'm considering it quite seriously, so be prepared! If I do come, I plan to fly in on Friday and stay til Wednesday or Thursday, depending on which day is cheaper to fly back. Oh, and there's that lodging cost to consider as well, though I need to PM Natalya - she offered to put me up a night.

So if I do make a trip of it - what MUST I see, and what's good to see, and where do I NOT want to go? And how do I get to that park where AlexSaberi shoots the deer?? :-)
