hehe, i guess the vote for the worst endorsement paid off for Brooke this week... there's still a part of me that likes her. She just needs to start delivering the songs.
Apparently next week is Neil Diamond so I am expecting big things from Jason, can't wait to see what David Cook comes up it, and maybe a Brooke comeback... its almost a given that David A. will power-karaoke his way through another week so no expectations whatsoever on that front. Syesha will sing well, but will it be enough? |

CONSPIRACY!!! damn votefortheworst.com :( and how was Syesha even in the bottom last night?? She was my fav for the night. I thought for sure it would be Jason and Brooke in the bottom, but I'm kinda glad Jason didn't go home, he's so fun to watch. Oh well...whatever.

I never watched or voted for idol but this season is just awesome and I finally voted for the first time, I just sent in a text message to vote for david cook.

Yep. D.C. is the best of the three, nay, 12.
But, for the first time, the top six never contained (to me) anyone I grimaced about. D.A. is very young and giggly, but he can sing. Not keen on his song style and choices, but he has the voice. I'd never buy his album except as a gift for my daughter maybe.

America got it right this time. Unlike last season, Melinda Doolittle got eliminated when she was suppose to win or at least make it to the final 2. Anyways go DC!

Yeah, but she had that really annoying expression on her face every time she waited to hear the judges' comments and I just couldn't take it anymore...
Is it crazy that I really don't like the singing parts of American Idol? LOL. I tend to fast forward through everyone except David Cook and even then I have trouble listening sometimes :) |

That is one awkward fellow...my brother-in-law said that is what happens to kids when they don't go outside and play...he is brilliant but so awkward. |

OKay they both kinda sucked IMO-- but again, I lean towards David A..

Dave A is a fine singer, no doubt, but he's just a very generic, carbon copy, soft AC type of guy. I just can't get excited about him. It's hard to get excited about the new replacement of Richard Marx. And I'm kinda tired of the weepy, shocked look he has every time they compliment him.
I like Dave C's uniqueness and stage presence. I can envision him making it big and doing very well. |
