I like it....it loads fast....easy to navigate...and the colours are stand alone.

There's something very strange going on with the compression of your images I think. The eyes on your subjects look very pixelated.
A good example is in your Seniors section, first column, third one down. Her whole body is blocky. You can see the pixel squares on her cheeks.

i think i uploaded at 300 dpi i need to change that to like 72 or so for web viewing |

Flash usually has a hard time scaling things properly. If the container for the image is, say 300x400, and the actual JPEG it's loading is 600x800, this is the general result. The only suggestion I might make beyond that is to learn about bitmap, or "pixel fonts", and how to embed them in the main movie. Pixel fonts are the ones that will look best in Flash. Here's a nice website with some good ones available for free.
