I actually did it for one year myself before finding out about a bunch of other people who were already doing it. The goal was to show myself aging over time. But I eventually decided that nobody would want to look at my half naked body..lol

There is another video on youtube that is a spoof of the photo a day theme. It is quite comical. Check it out

Is it a requirement for guys to be so serious if they make these long-term PADs? You think one of them could smile a bit sometimes.

It's 'intense' ;) Its tough to do happy self portraits without looking crazy
