Hello everyone. First of all, I would like to thank everyone on this website. I have learned so much over the past 8 months. I finally got a website running to showcase my photography. I would love to hear any suggestions, comments, ect.

Thanks again,
Matt Jones

I'll throw some comments your way. I like the overall look. The black and gray are nice. In general, I like it. I did find a variety of weird things that I don't really like, mainly regarding navigation.

1. The intro. I don't like the fact that I never get to see an image without it being in the process of transitioning to another image. Maybe make the transitions fast, and leave the photo there for a sec. I also don't seem to be able to get back here. I think I would prefer it if the whole intro wasn't there, and you just had a static image on the home page.

2. Speaking of the home page, it appears to just be the first image page from the gallery. I find that odd.

3. Speaking of the gallery, your previous and next buttons are backwards. Previous moves me forward, next takes me back.

4. The info and comments link works as intended (I would imagine), but I find it really weird how the page slips down like that.

5. You have a couple of typos in this sentence: "Canvas prints are all wrapped on a 1 3/8" deep stretcher fram, sealing teh back with black framing paper, and an added hanging system."

6. The email link at the top looks like a menu, but is just a link. I recommend taking it out of the menu and making a separate contact page (or just let it be on the about page).

I think that's it. Sorry if that sounds harsh. I really do like it, it's just kinda weird here and there.

Thank you for your comments...they aren't harsh at all. This is my first website so I am still learning effective navigation, display, ect.

I like the intro but it does transition too fast.
