wow - this looks really nice, very good images.
I don't know much about much, but my 2 cents is that the vertical white lines on the front make it hard to read the text where the text overlaps those lines. I'd make the lines a little thinner or change the font or color of the text (?)
Again, is a really nice card :) |

If it is classic business card size then I think there is too much graphic information. If it is a postcard sized objet d'art, then maybe. Perhaps as in Moo minicards.
Chinese to most non eastern people is hard to understand, being ideographic in nature. I can understand and write Chinese. But Eastern European names are hard for me to remember as regards spelling. I must improve myself ;-) |

You probably remember my recent business card thread and then you got one of my cards at the Florida Keys GTG. I ordered those cards from VistaPrint.
After I ordered the cards, it was brought to my attention that VistaPrint has had some customer service problems reported on the web. I was a little worried after researching those stories, but I have now ordered from them twice and they were fantastic. The price was the best that I have found also.
One tip: if you order from them, order a lesser number than you actually need because after you order they will send you an offer to order more for just the cost of shipping. |

love or hate my idea but personally what i would do is scratch the whole front, to me its not really inviting, but use the back as the front and just take our the print buying url and just keep your name at hte top, then put phone number, email and site on the bottem. no need to really put the word photography on there unless your business name has it within it.
its just a nice refreshing easy to look at. then you have hte whole back that you can write on

Nik, cool card. I like the design and layout, and I think that it is perfect for standard size. It is creative and interesting. I do agree that the vertical lines distract the eye from the text a hair. How about a gradient to fade the bottom of that line. While very rough, something like this:
ETA: I had mine printed at Mpix, and I like them just fine. I used overnight prints once and they sucked.
