From the previous Bokeh challenge:
Description
Loosely defined, bokeh is the quality and "feel" of the out-of-focus foreground or background elements of a photo. It isn't very interesting by itself, but take a photograph whose subject is enhanced by the bokeh of the background.

I have a stupid question, must the bokeh be really creamy so that the background is completely unrecognizable?
Shure bokeh is bokeh, but I didn't see a single photo in the top 20 of the previous bokeh challenge that has partially blured background.
