| Most of us probably have other hobbies besides photography. It would be interesting to see one on "hobbies or crafts" or separate them and make them two different ones. |

LOL! My wife & her mom love to hit the craft fairs, which I disaffectionately refer to as "crap fairs". Only half-humorously.

No to the figurines challenge.. please... the tacky ornaments was bad enough.. i am only grateful my shot did not do so well as to make it into my top 4...
I do however like to make quilts, (not that I want that for a challenge topic tho), and carve soapstone on occasion and paint.. with oils, not acrylics.

I'm going to have to lease the house next door because of crafts and figurthingies. Oh, and stuffed animals? Well, I need a storage for that.

My other main hobby (or craft as it were) is making beer, cider, wine, and mead. People have no problem with me passing off my crafts to them. Actually, I sometimes wish they did. I certainly wouldn't have to work so hard. |

Now see, you could get a kick ass photo of beer making.
My main craft is knitting and I can picture some pretty good pictures of it... hee hee, speaking of beeeerrrr... ha ha
Ok, I have another one... I'll have to post a new thread....
Still, craft is also your hobby of photography, so it could cover a lot of ground... don't be so stuffy... |

You can say that again for me! I can already see all those old outdated Home Interior figurines being photographed as well as all those little Statue of Liberty figurines being photographed in strange places. |
