The first thing I notice is that the phrase along the bottom really makes no sense grammatically.

| My reactions: the green boarder doesn't compliment any color in the photo so it stands out too much (and may be a bit too thick). You could try red, white, or none. The black boarder seems to fight with the image and the quote - perhaps shrinking the margins on the right and left to the same as the top? Maybe changing the poster from landscape to profile would help. |

| I think this might have more impact in BW. Possibly change either the phrase at the bottom or determination at the top. Perhaps something more geared to weight lifters. Try "More Reps!" Alternatively, zoom out a bit and place the dumbell in a hand straining to perform one more rep. It might need only single word "determination" then. |
