It gets a 9 from the commenters - the only other photo that got as high a score is setzler's. Interestingly it ends up 53rd in the water challenge.

That just means that people who actually wrote something about THIS PHOTO scored it an average of "9." Its true average is less than six.
Avg: Commenters apparently gives some insight as to what motivates people to write comments. For instance, if avg: commenters was 2.0- it would mean that either everybody was giving it low scores or that those who commented on your photo were motivated by their dislike of it.
Thats not the average score for the picture. |

| Only 7 of the 142 voters commented on the shot. Those that commented really liked it. That is all you can tell from the "average vote of commenters" stat on this picture. |

| Silly me! I'd thought the 'commenters' were from the dpc critique board. |
