Hey DPC'ers
I'm looking for a little help. As some of you may know later this year myself and  Ecce Signum are taking part in a charity event to raise funds for Rose's Tribute Fund. You can read a little more in THIS thread.
As part of our ongoing fundraising I would really like to get a logo. I'd like to be able to use the logo on our website, compliments slips, letterheads, merchandise, posters/leaflets and possibly on the car when we take part in the Britballrun.
But, my problem is I am useless at Photoshop or anything like that and no matter what I try I just can't get a decent looking logo.
Here's where you guys come in! Would you be willing to have a go at designing something for us? If so below is a list of what I'd like and where to get ideas...
* I would like the Logo to be based around the name RoseBuddies and to possibly include or website address - www.rosemcgill.co.uk
* If you visit OUR WEBSITE you can get some ideas of possible colours, find pictures of Rose, us, the car and various other bits and pieces that may help
* If you visit the gallery on our website you will find many pictures of Rose's Jewellery, this may also be an area you could get some ideas from.

Please either put more details here or send me an email via Greetmir@yahoo.com as to what you envision and what you want ... the resolution or size you want the logo to be readable at and such.
I am VERY interested and I will charge you one hug for whatever I do.

Hi Greetmir, many thanks for your post. I am currently suffering from the side effects of my medication and not feeling too good but as soon as I can put some more information together I will email it over to you. You guys have really captured the sort of things I am looking for! I have written down a few more ideas and if you are interested please drop me a PM with an email address and I will forward the notes on to you.
I really like all 3 shown here so far, it's amazing that with such little detail from me you have each picked up on different things that I wanted! |

Funny that I am looking for a logo and yesterday someone posts this message! If anyone is interested in taking a stab at my newly formed sports photography business logo I'd appreciate it greatly!! Here are the guidelines:
Company name: Action Sports Photography
Color: Limited to 4 colors other than black and white
You all rock!

Just a quick edit I did
the 1st one I did in adobe illustrator and then you wanted a picture (photoshop document) of the jewelry in it so I quickly combined the two and came up with this, I made the jewelry kind of light or lighter

This is not a generic 'design my logo' thread. Could those who are discussing logos for persons other than the original OP please start a new thread.
Threadjacking is not appreciated.
edit: now back to the regularly scheduled design of logos in memory of Rose.

I wasn't trying to "threadjack" anyone here. I'm sorry if someone thinks that. I just didn't see a need to start an entire new thread for the same reason, but I can, thanks. Again I am sorry.
