| whoooa i had no idea that adding a little copywrite watermark in the corner would get my image disqualified. seeing as its only my THIRD time posting a picture i'd have thought these guys could issue a warning or something and ask me to put up a new image without the watermark. kinda lame. |

It's a shame to get a DQ, but it is in the rules -
You may not...
...add text to your entry or its border during editing. This includes copyright statements

Having checked a box that said you've read the rules, you shouldn't need a warning. It's pretty clear: "You may not...add text to your entry or its border during editing. This includes copyright statements."
Sorry about the DQ. :-( |

Well scalvert's correct as almost always lol. As any officer will say no excuse for ignorance.
But on the lighter side youd be suprised how often it happens.
