just wanted know from the propaganda voters who saw the ghost image on the wall for this photo. Just out of curiosity.

| I liked the image and gave it an above average score. Not the best score, because I didn't quite get it. It was hard to see the person, and the positioning of the person (you, I now find) didn't seem to have any relation to the graffiti image. Maybe if the title were "Graffiti artists: they are watching, be stealth", then I might have seen it. |

I saw it but not instantly. Was examining the character on the wall and suddenly noticed the ghost. Nicely done.

| I saw it :D (read my comment ;)) and thought it was a good thing to do in regard to the graffiti artists. I expected this photo to end up higher as this was one of the better submissions IMHO. |

I saw it and I liked it... gives a message of cracking down and getting rid of or taking away graffiti artists. I gave it an 8... which is very near the top of the scores that I gave for this challenge. Nicely done!

| I saw the ghost figure and wished he was looking the other way, over his right shoulder toward/at the graffti. And I would have liked him to be just a wee bit darker. On the whole a very nice picture that fit the topic well. |
