Can I sell NASCAR images I took? They show drivers, cars, sponsor logos etc.
Along the same lines. If I take a photo of a copyrighted piece of art - say pottery - can I sell that image?

not unless you want to bring down the entire wrath of NASCAR on you ;-)
seriously, some people do it and get away with it, but if you ever cross NASCAR's radar, you will quickly find that you've done something you shouldn't have... |

Don't listen to him. He doesn't know what he is talking about. Just do it, because the experience of NASCAR officials chasin' you down in their pickup trucks, shotguns blazing, hooting & hollering is a thrill of a lifetime. Those good ol' boys....gotta love em'.
Hint: If you steal a NASCAR along with their copyrighted images, then there is nothing to worry about because they won't catch ya.

| Skip is right. NASCAR is one of the most diligent at chasing down those that do that. |
