So today is my birthday and my partner Joe gave me this new lens & two filters (UV and Polarizer). Pretty cool! This should stop me from complaining about having to switch lenses (I like zoom).

I'm getting a new lens for my birthday as well:

Of course, my birthday isn't until April ... but the lens will be here wednesday. Somehow the "if we get it now, we'll get a rebate" worked!
(just kiddin' prozac, it was smart, order cancelling is not permitted ... no take-backs, you said yes)

Thanks everyone! I also got taken out to supper and had cheesecake for dessert....what more could I want? :)
