Is it where you can submit anything to the challenge? And can it be taken during anytime??

I cant seem to find any threads discussing what each challenge entails...
Help?

The topic is your choice, but the rules (advanced set) still apply.

Any subject, any time during the specified dates.

Usually one month at a time. (December, etc.) or for a given year (Best of 2006)

And the best part is that it costs NO Money!

Um..wait.. You need to be a paid member to participate... Good reason to pony up the dough though. (I think that was the biggest reason that I ended up paying for my membership)
