When is a photo contest NOT a contest?
When they charge you to enter and there are NO prizes for winning.
Sounds like a GREAT BUSINESS to me, think I'll start one.

Ahh....prize list to be published, last year was digital camera package from sponsor Ritz Camera and the winning photos will be published in this year̢۪s December/January issue of Green Scene magazine and on the PHS website, www.pennsylvaniahorticulturalsociety.org.
