| Since the G2g that was supposed to happen down south kinda fizzled out, I figured we could plan a G2g for the 17th or 24th of June. I don't know which date would work better for people. Anybody have any spots they'd like to shoot? I keep hearing/reading about Barnsley Gardens, so I'd be up for a shoot there. Just kinda wanted to get everybody's minds churning. |

Hey Chris! I'm always up for a GTG and as far as I know, either of those days will work for me. We've had a gtg at Barnsley and it was nice but during the fall/winter. A summer GTG there would be great. Let's see what everyone else thinks. :-)

I most certainly do not have any place to demand dates or places, but if you pick something could it be before the 15th of June? I'll be gone for the rest of the month and since I missed the last outing I would most certanly like to part of the next one. Has any one thought of the coast? it has most certainly a diferant look then the good old ATL?
most certainly not my best shoot from SAV, but the only one that I have on my profile at this time

Well the 14th is my birthday, so I'm down for celebrating with you peepz...I guess. =0P I wouldn't mind going down to Savannah. I'm sure we can find some nice locales. Especially in the downtown area.
What about June 10th then? |

I think somplace south would be a nice change of pace, been itchin' to get back down to Savannah. I'll have to check with the other half though as will will most likely turn out to be more than just a day trip. And Elvis L, depending on if "Grandma" is available we'll probably bring our ankle biters too. :-) Would love to meet you guys! So we're shooting for a little earlier in June then right? I don't think I have anything going on until July so I'm pretty sure I'm open.

| Just to make an actually useful post in this thread, the only Saturday I'm free is July 1. Otherwise, no Saturdays for me until late September. Sundays are fine. |

Kids?? Awwwwww maaaaannn. Kidding. Let me know when and where, and I'll come on by. Savannah might be a good one, but that last south GA attempt fell right apart. If its going to be the same thing again, let's stay north. These are my thought at 6AM. Possibly more lucid later.

Well I will add I was going to try and plan a North Georgia Mountain GTG for the Fall. I was thinking we could get those wonderful colors. If we all decide on Savannah then I will make the trip with my family to Ft. Valley then fly alone to Savannah. That is like a 3 hour drive. So if anyone wants to meet up close to there and then carpool let me know.

I don't have a problem hanging out with yous guyz/girlz. I'll update this post with possible dates later tonight.

Me and a couple of my friends would be interested: Arisken and Achelton. And savannah sounds good. I'm about to start college there in the fall =D I dunno if we'd be cool enough to hang with you older folk though.

Well, June 18 is probably not a good idea either as it is fathers day.
Hmmmmm, So going through all the "possible" and "not Possible" dates here's a thought. Since Elvis_L and Jaded Youth will be here in Atlanta June 4-8th and tjmueller can't do after the 15th of June, maybe we should just come up with another Atlanta (or surrounding area) GTG. Less travel and more probabilty of people making it. Since it's close Maybe we can plan it towards later afternoon so that Larry (elemess) can meet up with us after work. I think I've got everyone that had time contraints.
Otherwise, if that doesn't work it looks like July might be a better month to meet up in Savannah. TJ, will you be back by July? The best date looks to be July 1st so that Elemess would be able to join us but that may make for some crowds at that is the weekend before the 4th of July.
So there, I've done my work.... who's next?
Elvis and Jaded, would you guys be able to get together on say Sunday June 4th? (if we want to try to keep it on a weekend?) If we stay local, it's not so major that it be a weekend thing for me.

no June 4th wont work for us. myself and our two younger kids will be in atlanta with nothing to do that day, but Elvis will be driving to louisiana to pick up his older son and driving back to atlanta. hell be on the road ALL day that day. how about that saturday(the 3rd)
? was there a reason that might not work? well be coming up on saturday already to get the hotel and get settled but may be able to work around a GTG.
