I got mine just before the date, but my dealer has already prepared me a "new" invoice. Woohoo! Free money!

£200 cash back here in the UK too.
Best price I have found so fare is warehouse express at £1799 (-£200 cashback) so £1599, just a small saving from the £2459 when it was announced.

well this sucks, i jut got my 5D last month, rrr,
and they are going to probably come out with one here in the U.S

I hear rumors that there is going to be a rebate starting in April in the U.S. as well. I guess the street price will be $3000 minus $300 then.
I guess the 5D is not a hot seller.
I think it's b/c it's over priced by a grand or so in my view.
Now a $2000 FF camera, that would be nice.
