Should be an interesting challenge. Kiwiness has a lot more ribbons, but Larus is a fantastic photographer to. We will be watching to see who is "the best" :) :) |

Darn Gary, looks like you got me this time but I am very happy with this score, before the challenge I predicted a 6.095 in this thread and 15 comments and 2 favorites so I am doing way better than I thought :) Well it´s not over till the fat lady sings, eh!

Kiwiness vs. Larus
Ding, ding, ding... Ladies and Gentleman...
For this bout, in the near corner, we have the defending heavyweight champion of the world, Kiwiness, with his obscene number of ribbons. And in the far corner we have the nimble challenger, Larus; champion and defender of the little guy!
The challenge has been made and accepted. So far in this struggle both fighters have thrown tremedous haymakers at their opponent that have staggered yet not toppled them.
Who will win this epic battle of photographic styles? Stay tuned.

Dateline: March 7th, 2006
CNN in the USA reported today there was a major CIA failure to anticipate the Kiwiness vs. Larus war and the Bush administration was severely criticized for its slow response to the crisis.
In another move to undermine support for the Bush presidency CNN reported the US congress budgeted 2.3 billion dollars more than requested by the administration for cleanup efforts in the aftermath of the Kiwiness/Larus conflict.

Haha, too funny.... Hmmm. 2.3 billion dollars, *drool*. Wonder how many L lenses I can by for that money :) Forget that though, want a Hasselblad H2 with a P45 digital back and a full set of lenses, profoto lighting equipment. Hmm, somebody slap me so I can wake up :D
Anyways, only gotten 3 votes since this morning but I am slooooowly clawing my way back up again so I am gonna get ya Gary. Somebody please put an end to this suspension and vote my shot as not meeting the challenge, mine is the one with the 1:1 crop :P |
