Great shots Caleb - welcome to the Panasonic family!
My favorite:
did you use the in-camera B&W or PS? |

These were all converted to B&W in PS using the channel mixer.
Thanks for the warm welcome you guys!

Hey, maybe we should form a club.
Caleb - just curious why you went with the FZ20 and not FZ30? |

Hooray on the new gear, Caleb! That's some great stuff you got on your first outing. This is my favorite:

Ah my son, you seen the light, welcome to the brotherhood. Isn't that lens just the candid photographer's dream!
I agree with tryals15, that Hale Library shot is a stunner! I wish you'd had it in the duotone challenge.

I like the lense on the FZ20 better, although I do miss having a zoom ring. But overall....I think the FZ20 is a better choice for me, because it left me enough money to buy some extra gear as well.

Thanks....I'm really liking this camera. The lense on it is fantastic, it's over twice as much zoom as I had on my 300D when I had it. And the IS works wonders as well.
I was thinking about entering a picture like the Hale Library one into the square crop challenge, I dk....we'll see.

I just got back form the Zoo....I must admit, this camera is pretty much my favorite thing ever.
I'll have to upload the pics when I get the chance to edit them.
