I would like some feedback on this image if anyone has anything thoughts. This is the first time I have tried this technique, and I am not sure what it is called. Anyone know?

I personally like this photo and the technique. It makes the subject really stand out. |

Looks good for a first try. I can't help but want to see the whole frog, seems the rearend is cut off. A little burning or cloning of that white rock/pebble near the center would let the viewers eyes rest on the frog instead of wondering around the picture.

I wish I got a little more of the frog in the image as well. I have others where the frog is more centered, but I liked the composition of this one better, even without the back of the frog.
