I have never managed a decent picture with my 20d - I think that P&S must be the way to go with aeroplane pics. Something to do with the smaller lens limiting the distortion of the plane window, I suspect.

My further advice would be to get a seat as far forwards as possible - the wash from the engines if you are behind the wing blurs the image. Business class or first is probably best (I imagine, not having large amounts of mine or someone else's cash to burn).

here are some "out-of-the-plane"-pics, i took at my vacation to ecuador (middle america). it was 7am in the morning and the haze came out really cool. any opinions would be great! ;D
