I noticed it. He's been there a long time and he's pretty well-known/recognized. I've seen shots of him before, all over :-)

funny that someone called " A LITTLE FISHY " would notice that odd cooincedence .. thats a little fishy if you ask me

Nope nothing fishy there. He's quite photogenic, I have a picture of him somwhere in my father's computer.
This happens a lot in a city so little yet so amazing as Manhattan. No surprize, plus it has been discussed before I think. |
