There was a thread started earlier (not by me) that attempted to say something positive about DPChallenge...it diverted.
So - Let's post some happy thoughts about DPChallenge here. Anything goes! ;^)
This is my 100th thread started - cool if you're into counting I guess.
Hit the 100 mark in challenges entered recently - kinda cool too. ;^)
A couple of images I wouldn't have thought to try (post-processing) prior to joining here...
Thanks DPC! Smile and keep having fun! ;^)

I can now view DPC from work. Just needed to change a setting. and all this time I though DPC had been banned from my work.

Been here a month and a half, and I've already learned a ton about post-processing (although I still try to take pictures that don't need it), and a fair bit about taking better pictures, and even a little bit about myself (not to be a Pavlovian people-pleaser if I can help it). I've viewed thousands of beautiful photos and really given my creativity a kick in the pants. Well worth the price of membership. DPC has brightened my day many, many times. |

Uh-oh! There goes worker productivity at yet one more location. ;^) I'm just kidding of course. It can be challenging to remain focused at times - DPC is SO addictive!
Also, don't forget to tick the 'Hide Nude' photos checkbox in your preferences. Doesn't help any on active challenge voting, but will hide nude images in most other areas of this site.

- The visual design of the site is outstanding (has to be drewMedia?)
- The use of data in providing stats and history par excellance
- The whole comments and critque focus of the site
- The great people and their shared love of photography.
- Lack of bitchiness
Drew & Langdon, take a bow ... site council Members, take a pat on the back Thanks to all for your personal time, support and committment.

I just love all the little smiley thingies here.
;-) :D :P
...oh, and DPC helped get me my first woody. Can't forget that! Such a thrill. Now I get a new one like every other month or so. Some are bigger than others and oddly, some are less rigid than others also. Anyway...

I like DPC because it makes me feel semi-useful most of the time :-) I like that I can share all this miscellaneous knowledge I have accumulated over the years with people who (for the most part) appreciate it.

May I help you? Yes I would like a Blue ribbon combo. Hold the ones and twos with extra tens. And a large drink to enjoy the moment. :) |

Well said, bear, and I for one appreciate you sharing your accumulations. You should write a book or twelve...

I love how I can see the world through the eyes of thousands of different people, and yet each view is unique and valuable.
