You know, the kind you see hanging in your manager's office...
A photograph with a single word such as "COMMITMENT" and a little "go get 'em" motivational phrase underneath. Create the entire thing from scratch, including the words, borders, etc... |

what a cool idea, or if we didn't want to make it open edits, we could have the title be the word and phrase. :)

After watching the scores of my first two challenge entries this week (one of which I thought was actually half decent), perhaps this "motivational" poster from the Classic Collection would be appropriate in my den... :-)
or maybe this one?
I've always loved the stuff from despair.com!
