I can silently watch people in a forum go on and on for hours... but the second I say something, silence. Is there something wrong with my pc? connection? is there a silent ban on talking to Noggin or something? do i have something hanging out of my nose? WHAT?!!!!

All I really wanted is someone to say SOMEthing (good or bad) about some photos I've taken. :( Blame it on the weather. *sigh*

What's worse than being a thread killer is when you post and the next person responds to the post right before yours and the posts continue as if you hadn't even posted at all. Yet you go back and look and there it is. It wouldn't even be considered a pothole in the roadway of babble. If it happens twice in the same thread, then you should just close the browser, shut down the computer and go out and enjoy your newly aquired "cloak of invisibility"

...really I just posted all that so's you wouldn't feel as if you killed your own thread. ;-) |

YEAH! Great it happens to others as well!! The other one is when you reply to something that has been dormant for about an hour and when you look someone else crept in a minute before you and taken control!

Nah. It's like most forums. Members who have been here for a few years know each other pretty well.
If you've only joined in the past couple of months, people are still trying to figure out how much of a nut case you are.
On the other hand, it could have something to do with the 'Don't speak to Noggin' PM I got the other day... |
