Does anyone have any idea how to focus a Olympus Camedia C-3020 Zoom?!?! |

I will hesitantly jump in here.. ah.. do you have the manual? :0)
Okay.. How about holding down the shutter button half way, listen for a beep/chirp/little noise to indicate focus lock, and then reposition your camera .. still holding the button ... for composition, and then pressing the button the rest of the way. Does your camera allow for this? (Focus lock?)... Forgive me if this sounds patronizing.. I am not trying to be .. Just trying to help without knowing anything about your camera or your background...
I'm going to sleep now.. I'll check this thread in the morning.

I have the C3000Z and Karen is correct. Just hold the Shutter release button down partway until you see a green light just to the right of the viewfinder, then compose your picture and press the shutter release button all the way. This technique is great for action shots too (no shutter release lag time) With a little practice I was able to capture darts in midair. Good Luck. |
