Eek, no way...unless by unity you mean harmony. I love the diversity that different races bring to the world and would never want to live without different races.

I would miss the wonderful things about each race...a large, cheery black African woman with a beautiful smile and a wonderful laugh with her gorgeous accent or the beautiful shyness of some Asian children. The sly humour and incredible business sense of those from India or Pakistan I know, the incredible brilliance and argumentative nature of my German family, the beautiful and weary faces of those in Eastern Europe, the laid back (sometimes to a fault!) nature of many central/south Americans and their sense of 'family'...

Those are things to be celebrated!

Y'all save the world, I want to go back to medium format:

+ Hasselblad H1 with a Ixpress 528C would do just fine

If only my wife wasn't so financially reasonable I would at least have an SLR rather than this stupid point and shoot.

hell if we're wishing, lets just call it an f/1.

Why only 10-1200mm? How about 1mm-999,000mm! And, it should have IS and artifical intelligence that tells you when you are taking a crappy photo.

with an automatic monopod that telescopes out without hassle, and tucks away without notice.

a drink dispenser, and cup holder too.

I am going to be greedy......I would want to be a billionaire so that we could travel the world like I've always wanted and not ever have to worry about working again. I am going to hell.....I know!

We could probably narrow the World peace thing down, by wishing for the subtraction of Fear. Im pretty young, but to this point think that fear is the root of what has society twisting, and turning.

Our greatest fear is not of dying, but the fear of living.

The hostility and suspicion are normally not a result of the differences themselves, but rather a result of greed, pride, stubborness and hatred within people. It would be better to wish the evil away than to wish that we all look and worship the same.

Hmm... I guess that 'more wishes' is out of the question? ;o)

OK then, the ability to travel back and forth in time at will - you'd be able to make decent money, plus see things in the past as they really happened (and peek into the future too, of course!).

I disagree...lack of fear won't quench the desire for more power or honour.

Then the quest for comfy bras moves to the top of the list by default. :)

Haha...Amen sista...

Either my boobs aren't big enough or I just wasn't meant to wear one...wait a second, that could be the answer!

Aside from world peace, tolerance and compassion, that's a given. My personal wish for myself would be to be on the Amazing Race (and win of course). Oh and for the Dolphins to win the Super Bowl this year.....

Said bra would also have to be strapless, backless and totally unnoticeable under the sheerest of clothes. Shall we ask for the panties to match?

Would not power be a self-defense mechanisim, that we personally create from the fear of what would happen if we lost it.

first thing that comes to mind...
that people wouldn't get sick....when your times up... you'd walk out into a field and just dissapear.... when someone goes missing your like " hey they can't find so and so .. they must have died"...none of this cancer and emotional breakdown of families... I know it brings us closer and it is the natural evolution to live and die .. i just wish it was simpler and not so painful.. its just a wish.
Think of all the healthcare and insurance money we would save ...doctors wouldn't be to happy about it... okay we can keep the common cold and simple illnesses just get rid of the really bad ones. I hate it when my kids get sick.. feel so helpless

We ALL have different sized moons! Men the truth has been revealed, women really are lopsided! Thankfully this isnt usually noticeable. Can we ask the genie to fix this????

Interesting thought, but I still disagree...I think pride often drives the desire for more power. There would be nothing to fear in living subordinate ("not having power") if pride would not be allowed to have us imagining ourselves more important than those around us.

They used to do that, when Grampa got too sick/ill or became too much of a burden. They just took him out in the woods and left him.

Maybe it's the pain in life that makes th rest of it worth living?
